EDUCATION

Alex graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in 1990. He received his J.D. (law) from UK in 1993.

EXPERIENCE

Alex was a former Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, Assistant County Attorney and United States Virgin Islands' Prosecutor.
He is also a former Drug Czar, and he has prosecuted and defended many high profile cases.

EXPERIENCE IN LEGAL INSTRUCTION
